We think working out should be fun, not a chore.
We also know that not everyone has the same ability level. Which is why we make sure there are options so you take the workout to your level.
In our sessions we turn up the music and we do the workout we can but more importantly we have fun.
And that counts for the kids classes too!
At the same time we help you reach your goals. If it is to lose weight, recover after and injury or to improve health we've got you.
For the kids we help them develop skills that will stay with them forever whilst they improve their health and get active.

Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp classes are the perfect way to get fit, have fun, and make friends. Each session is tailored to different ability levels, so everyone is welcome, no matter what your fitness level is. You'll be sure to get a great workout and have a blast in the process!



Ninja Fit Kids Martial Arts
3 - 8 year olds
Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:00pm
The one for the kids! Our Ninja Fit classes are specifically designed for 3 - 8 years olds. In each session we work on developing their physical skills such as balance and coordination. At the same time each drill also furthers their listening skills, focus and confidence.
The Pop Up Bootcamp

Every now and then our workouts need a bit of a switch up. Which is where The Pop Up Bootcamp comes in!
We have some special Bootcamps planned throughout the year so you can mix it up and try a new workout alongside your current routine.
