For us exercise isn't just about losing weight it's about looking after your mental health too. So we have created a community that supports you every step of the way, even on the days when you just don't feel like it.
We offer a range of ways you can change up or begin your workout routine. Group classes, one to one training sessions and personalised programmes that you do in your own time.
All in person sessions are delivered at our private studio in Chippenham.
Our group classes and one to one sessions are also available virtually so you can workout without leaving the house.

All sessions are delivered by Sinéad Deedigan, founder of Sion Health and Fitness. Sinéad studied Sports Performance at The University of Bath where she also qualified as a Level Two Strength and Conditioning coach before completing her Fitness Instructor and Personal Training Diploma.
Sinéad is also a Post Natal and Ante Natal Exercise Specialist as well as an International Taekwon-Do Instructor.
Sinéad's love of fitness is what inspired her to start Sion Health and Fitness in 2014. Her goal is to empower others to realise their potential and to help people feel good about themselves inside and out.
