You don't want a boring workout routine so we have a few options so you can mix it up!
80s and 90s themed bootcamps, pilates, and some higher intensity ones too.
Whichever session you are in we make sure it is suitable for your ability level. So if you want to give a higher intensity session a go you can, we offer modifiers to the moves so you can adjust the workout to suit your fitness level. Which will of course increase over time and then you won't need the modifiers!

Jazz up your weekly workout routine with our fun but still effective virtual retro bootcamps. We side step, heel dig, arm raise and crunch our way through each workout with some absolute throwback tracks from the 80s and 90s.
Each class runs live virtually so you can enjoy your workout from the comfort of your own home.

Hardenhuish School Dance Studio
STRONG is that workout where you leave buzzing! In each class we burn some serious calories and couple that with the afterburn (your body torching almost 50% more calories post-class!) it's scientifically proven that you'll see - and feel - incredible results.
Imagine a HIIT class but instead of counting reps you just listen to the music. Every single move is reverse engineered so it syncs to the beat. There is nothing better than jumping on a beat drop!
Power Ballad Pilates
Thursday 6:45pm - 7:15pm
Pilates but with a twist! In these sessions we use traditional pilates move to tone you up, improve posture and flexibility. But we do it all to some of the best Power Ballads out there. We have at least one themed session a month too, some of our favourites are Abs with Abba and It's Britney week!
