Sion Health and Fitness offers a weekly schedule of classes for every level. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. 

Our classes are available in person at our studio in Chippenham, or you can train virtually at home.

Pilates

 Monday 7:50pm - 8:30pm 

Tuesday 8:00am - 8:00am (Virtual Only)

Pilates is perfect for building core strength. Each movement will help you burn calories, build strength and focus on toning up the core muscles. Perfect for any ability level.

With our bootcamp take the first steps to reach your health and fitness goals. You turn up to class each week and we make sure you don't quit on yourself! Cardio, core, upper body and lower body strength, we will work it all!

STRONG Nation

Wednesday 6:00pm - 6:50pm

 

Studio 

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
