FITNESS CLASSES

The gym isn't for everyone, sometimes it's busy and you can't get to the equipment. Or you may just find the environment a bit intimidating. With fitness classes you get your workouts in as part of a weekly routine. Below are the list of classes we have for you to choose from each week. 

Pay as you go or pay monthly options are available for all classes. Check out our membership page for more information on monthly plans.

All sessions are run virtually and in person, so if you would rather stay at home to work out you can. Or if you enjoy the vibe of a group class we have that too!

PiYo

Monday 8:00pm & Wednesday 6:50pm

30 minute class 

 

 

PiYo is a fusion of Pilates and yoga movements. With each movement it will help you burn calories, build strength and focus on toning up the core muscles. Perfect for any ability level. You'll sweat, stretch and strengthen - all in one workout. 

Bootcamp

Monday 7:15pm

45 minute class

With our, Sion Bootcamp take the first steps to reach your health and fitness goals. You turn up to class each week and we make sure you don't quit on yourself! Cardio, core, upper body and lower body strength, we will work it all!

In this session we will cover everything! Cardio, Upper Body, Lower Body and Core so you work all areas. We finish with some stretching out, the perfect way to start the weekend!

STRONG Nation

Wednesday 6pm

1 hour class

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more

Core & More gets your day started with a morning workout from home. Everything is low impact with the aim of making sure you feel calm and relaxed for the day ahead.
