Service Description

SCUPLT is the session where we just focus on toning up and building strength. But each session is planned with the goal of seeing you through a 4 week programme. Week One; Lower Body Week Two; Upper Body Week Three; Lower Body Week Four; Upper Body SCUPLT is part of our Thursday triple bill but can also be done as one session on its own.
