Service Description

STRONG is a high intensity workout where every single cardio and muscle-conditioning move is perfectly synced to the music. This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning and cardio training with some kickboxing techniques so you end up with a full body workout. No counting reps just training to the beat, every move is driven by the music helping you make it to that last rep...and maybe even 5 more!
