Service Description

This isn't your usual online workout class. With our SWEAT sessions we make them part of a 4 week programme. So each week we progress getting you the results you want. If it is to improve fitness, lose weight or to just give yourself a challenge each week. In each class the goal is to make you SWEAT using cardio drills. SWEAT is part of our Thursday triple bill but can also be done as one session on its own.
