Service Description

In our TONE sessions we have a different theme each week so we build up a 4 week programme. Every session includes some core exercises to build strength and some stretching so you can finish your Thursday evening relaxed. In week 4 we just stretch after three weeks of building strength and toning up it's the perfect way to reset ready for the next cycle. Week One; Core Ignite Week Two; Abs & Booty Week Three; Total Body Core Week Four; Relax & Recover
